Place and time of delivery:

Orders are accepted for delivery within the territorial boundaries of the Hellenic Republic only. Orders for products marked as “Available” on the online store are processed and delivered within two (2) business days to the regions of Attica, Thessaloniki, and other mainland destinations, following acceptance of the order by LASHES.gr, during business hours (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Delivery of products marked as “Available” to areas outside the above-mentioned regions (island destinations and remote areas) is completed within five (5) business days. Exceptionally, in cases of shipments to remote or hard-to-reach areas (border or island regions), delivery may occur beyond the aforementioned timeframe due to responsibility of the courier companies we cooperate with (ACS Courier, ELTA Courier, or Box Now).
In-Store Pickup (available only in Thessaloniki):
This option is available for same-day pickup (provided the item is in stock) and until the end of business hours. The customer may visit the store to collect the purchased products at least two (2) hours after submitting the order through the online store (for example, if an order is placed at 2:00 PM, it may be collected from the selected store no earlier than 4:00 PM). If it is determined that a user is abusively exercising this option provided by LASHES.gr (e.g., repeatedly placing orders through the online store and failing to collect them from the store, etc.), LASHES.gr reserves the right to reject and refuse future orders from that user via the in-store pickup option. If the customer does not visit the store to collect the purchased products (i.e., receive the goods and complete payment) within five (5) business days, the order shall be automatically canceled. An extension of this deadline may only be granted in cases of force majeure, provided that such circumstances are communicated in a timely manner by the customer and confirmed in writing. In the event of cancellation, LASHES.gr bears no liability arising therefrom.
Deliveries in Athens, Thessaloniki, and Other Mainland Destinations:
he products and services delivered following an order are shipped to the address and recipient declared by the customer at the time of placing the order, once such order has been accepted by LASHES.gr.
LashBoxLA Greece has entrusted all product deliveries to cooperating courier companies (ACS Courier, ELTA Courier, or Box Now). For all orders with a total value below €199.99, the customer is charged a shipping fee of €4.00, including VAT, regardless of parcel size. For all orders with a total value of €200.00 and above, shipping is provided free of charge to the customer.
Deliveries to island destinations:
If the customer specifies delivery to island destinations and the order value is less than €199.99, shipping costs amount to €4.50 (VAT included), regardless of size. For all orders valued at €200.00 or more, delivery is free of charge.
Deliveries to inaccessible areas:
If the customer specifies delivery to remote areas not included in the aforementioned categories (i.e., outside the urban areas of Thessaloniki, Athens, mainland, and island destinations), and the order value is less than €199.99, shipping costs amount to €6.00 (VAT included), regardless of size. For all orders valued at €200.00 or more, delivery is free of charge.
In this case, prior telephone communication with LASHES.gr is required.
Box Now (Locker Pickup) :
The Box Now service allows you to conveniently collect your order from the nearest locker at any time that suits you, 24/7. Once your order arrives at the selected locker, you will receive an SMS with a unique PIN code for collection. The process is simple, secure, and environmentally friendly, as Box Now lockers operate on solar energy. For all orders valued under €199.99, the customer is charged a shipping fee of €3.00 (VAT included), regardless of size. For all orders valued at €200.00 or more, delivery is free of charge. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Box Now locker shipments.

Disclaimer: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for any returned products under the FREE SHIPPING promotion. Solutions can arrange for any products to be picked up from customers, any corresponding return shipment fees will be deducted from the amounts refundable. Customers also have the option to ship products back to Solutions after receiving an authorization using their preferred courier, however, charges must be PREPAID, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
